Wanna Kiss?

Mark & I took all 6 kids to the dentist yesterday for our final checkups before we move. The kids were awesome! No really, they were. Of course it helped that the office had a VHS player and some old movies my kids hadn't seen (They watched 3! LOL!) Anyway, I learned the most amazing thing! LOL! I have Super Powers! True story. Who knew, right?

So Apparently, the reason why I've NEVER had a cavity is because I have Super Saliva. That's right. I'm Super Saliva Girl! (Yeah, I could've hoped for a different super hero name--but beggars can't be choosers!) This super spit is so awesome, it has bacteria that fights off all other cavity forming/gum disease bacteria. LOL! Squirmishly Gross and sort of Fascinating, right? And guess what? I can pass on my uber cool drool to others through Kissing! LOL!

So now I've been tormenting my children. I know, gasp! Me torment? LOL! I've flat out told them I'm giving them kisses--lots of kisses, since once we move back to the States we've got to pay for dental again! LOL! Then I've decided, once I pass on my Super Cavity Crime Fighting Protection Plan to them, we can use our powers for good and continue to combat cavity crime everywhere! Soon the whole world will be protected from nasty cavities and gingivitis! I knew there was a reason I had so many kids! LOL!

So what do ya say? You wanna kiss? LOLOL!

  2. That's hilarious! Come on baby! Lay one on me! Ew! wait a minute you're a girl! I've so not got super powered saliva! I'm really tired of the dentist chair, even though I work really hard at keeping my teeth snazzy. I suppose it would be a whole lot worse if I didn't work at it.

  3. Angie--ACK! I was drinking water! LOL! Now I'm choking to death! LOL! How am I supposed to combat cavity crime if I'm dead! Sheesh woman! LOL! And it's so like a dog isn't it?? LOL!

Lois--LOLOL! Pucker up! Of course, we could just settle for Plan B--my preferred, and less expensive plan--We'll drink out of the same water bottle and eat off the same ice cream cone! LOL!

Why does this crack me up so much??? LOLOL!

  5. I just found your blog. I like the energy and what can you say when the first thing you see is someone blowing you a kiss? A new author with six kids....for that I applaud you. I have one and he is enough. I would also like to invite you to my blog the New Author (http://the-new-author.blogspot.com). Have a good day and thanks for the kiss.

  11. Lori--Ooh! There are more of us around! I bet he does. The dentist was so excited to meet me, you have no idea. It kind of freaked me out though when he kept mentioning kissing and kept looking at my lips. LOL! At least now you have the perfect thing! Kiss that man! Share his ice cream, drink out of his cup! LOL! My hubby hasn't had cavities in a few years... LOL! Crazy huh?

  14. I'll take a kiss, in fact, I'll take a kiss from the whole lot of you! I'm desperate for anything that keeps me out of the dentist office beyond a regular check up (which I hate those as well) Love the pictures and although I'm currently dying in pain from my broken, infected tooth that will be fixed tomorrow, I could really appreciate a story like this. Gave me a big smile!

  19. Super spit. I'm sure that can be turned into a comic hero or something if you ever want to write that graphic novel.

  20. Awesome. I knew I wanted to kiss you for a reason when I saw you. It wasn't just your luscious lips that attracted me to you, it was your super saliva. So cool. I think my husband must have this too. He's never had a cavity. And come to think of it, I've only had one small one since I married him whereas before....we won't talk about my dental hygiene.

  21. Patti--LOL! Yeah, I guess for a dentist office comic strip! LOL! Or like, for schools to teach kids to brush their teeth! LOL! Man the possibilities... I see them now!...

Kasie--LOL! Awesome! So Jared his Super Saliva powers too! WAHOOO! Maybe it was something from the brigham gene pool!? LOL!

  22. Holy cow! I bet donald has Super Saliva but he has yet to pass it to me. He has not one cavity but me... every tooth has a cavity! I need some of that super power. LOL! Have fun tormenting the kiddos!

  23. Oh lucky woman!! Some of us have those nasty acid producing bacteria as our predominant oral species, and fight a continual battle...

    ReplyDelete
  24. Guess what?!!! I have the same super power! My husband actually said (jokingly) that he married me for my cute baby genes (he thought my baby pictures were cute) and good teeth. LOL! Little did he know that our kids wouldn't even have my genetics, so jokes on him. Though I must say Benjamin got some stinking cute genes anyway!

  25. Oh, wow!
I need you to come and bring your Super-Kisser to my house. My sons need the kissing... their teeth are like Swiss cheese!
Obviously, I did not pass on super-saliva to my sons. Does it count as Super-Spit if I drool excessively on my pillow at night?
    Love your blog,
    Nikki
