SISTERS!

I was fortunate enough to get to spend the last 5 weeks with my sisters! It was so awesome! Aren't they gorgeous? I'm the oldest of all the siblings, but we're really close in age. My mom had 6 kids in 7 years. My sister to the left of me, with brown hair, is the baby of the family and she'll be turning 25 in just a couple of weeks. So we had a crazy fun time!

While I was with them I got to watch two of the coolest movies out right now! I never thought I'd say it but both 17 Again and Hannah Montana's new movie were AWESOME! I didn't really have high expectations for either of them, but I loved them both! My sisters did too!

I do warn any woman who watches 17 Again though, you will come out of that theater with a huge ol' crush on Zac Efron. You mock me, but just remember, I warned you. That boy pulled it off. The greatest thing about 17 Again was it had an amazingly hilarious script and perfect comic timing! I was laughing so hard I was crying at points--well, we all were. Everyone in that theater! And then we all cried too. So, um yeah, you giggle, squeal, laugh and cry--and fall in love with a 21 year old! (yes, he's legal girls!)

Now what I loved about the Hannah Montana Best of Both World's Movie was that it was so touching and real. I think that yeah, there were scenes there that were geared for the younger audience and were silly, but all in all the message was incredible. An amazing story and message for teens and families everywhere. It hit me hardest because I feel as though I'm on the brink of something big in my life and I'm incredibly homesick all at the same time. I don't think the critics are being fair to this movie. It is awesome and I recommend it to anyone who loves the feel good family movies. Thanks Disney for putting movies like this out there! We need more!

PS now that I've watched the movie can I just say that the music video I added below "The Climb" has even more meaning to me now. When she sung it in the movie I just cried and cried. LOVE IT!

OK. Side a note. Please, please be patient with me. Many of you know I'm having a terrible time with blogger right now. I'm even contemplating closing down this blog and opening another--which will make me soo sad! But there are whole days that i can't get on at all. I'm having the hardest time reading your blogs--not because I don't want to but because I can't open them up! And usually I can't even comment on my own blog in response to your wonderful comments. Today was the exception. I was able to make it over to most of your blogs. I feel completely dreadful about this and I totally feel like I'm not holding my own in the blog world. You know the saying, do unto others as you would have them do unto you... yeah, well, I'm letting you down! and I'm so sorry! I'll be moving from the UK in about 6 weeks. It may just be my location and if that's it, then I'll keep this up. Just know that I totally value and appreciate each and everyone of you. Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. I know how hard it is sometimes! LOL! Ok lots of times, if you are me. I love you all! Please be patient with me.

PS Also if you would like to make it easier for me to comment on your blogs (No promises) go to your settings and change your comment section to including the box and also take off the word verification. For some reason I'm having better luck with the blogs that have no word verification and I don't have to open the comments into another window to respond. Other people might be having the same problem too...?

  3. What beauties!! Bet your time together was a riot.

I feel ya with the inability to "hold up your end" of blogging. Sometimes we're just stuck by circumstances or technical glitches. Hugs!

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with Blogger. I already disabled the word verification thing long time ago, without any problems so I would encourage everybody to do that with no worry.

  10. The relationship between sisters transcends words. My sister lives in Florida while I'm in New Hampshire, and I miss her every minute of every day. Glad you had a nice visit (and a fabulous picture :-))

  11. Yay for sisters! Aren't they just the best? I'm glad you had such a great time. :)

Also, I hope you get Blogger sorted out. Maybe your computer has a virus or too much adware, wich is bogging down certain applications. A good virus scan/clean could solve the problem.

  13. You three are babelicious. Love it! And those two movies were awesome. I will own them both when they come out. You're right about the "crush on Zac Efron effect" that the movie creates.

  16. Oh yes I am all about the sisters lately, too. Only our reunion wasn't quite as many days. Blogger hasn't been mean to me yet. Maybe I jinxed me by saying that.

  18. Ok, so has Casey always had brown hair? Cuz I remember a dirty blonde girl. Did she color it? Or is my memory playing tricks on me?

  19. Being in the UK I am certain you have access to WONDERFUL chocolate. You should totally have a chocolate giveaway. If not then maybe I should send you some money to ship some to me for a giveaway. Sorry I'm having chocolate withdrawal since I returned from France. I really miss the white chocolate with hazelnuts. :( Oh well. I loved your post. I totally LOVE LOVE LOVE the time I spend with my sisters.
